First Foundations: From First Latch to First Bottle

This 90 minute class covers everything you need to feel confident before you little one arrives. We will discuss breastfeeding latch & positioning, reading your baby’s hunger cues, and bottle selection.

Whether you plan to breastfeed, bottle feed, or a combination of both, this class is designed to give you confidence to feed your baby. This is a judgement free space to learn, ask questions, and feel ready.

What to Expect in the NICU - From a Rehab Perspective

There are times when a NICU admission for your baby may be very likely. The unknown can sometimes make us feel uneasy. This session will help you become familiar with the NICU so if your infant does have a NICU admission you will feel less stressed and ready to focus on your baby.

During this 60 minute session, we will discuss what you may expect to see in the NICU. We will also go over how you can engage with your baby and medical team. The goal is to become familiar with the NICU so it will not be as unknown.

Nurture and Touch: Infant Massage

Nurture & Touch: Infant Massage is a private, in-home 3 week series experience designed to help parents confidently support their baby’s development, regulation, and bonding through gentle touch.

A Personalized Experience
Each session is tailored to your baby’s age, temperament, and developmental stage. Parents will learn a gentle massage sequence designed to support:

  • digestion and relief from gas or tummy discomfort

  • relaxation and improve sleep

  • body awareness and early motor development

  • secure parent/baby bonding

  • in-home

  • 3 week series

  • 45-60 minutes each session

  • up to 3 parent/baby pairs

  • $350 total

    • 2 parent-baby pairs: $175 per family - host receives 10% off a future service

    • 3 parent-baby pairs: $116 per family - host receives 10% off a future service
